Arrivata un quarto d'ora in anticipo, con appuntamento alle ore 15,45, alle ore 16,15 ancora non mi hanno chiamato x l'ecografia. Il front office si crea da solo la confusione e la stessa ingenerare ritardi. Bad place where they are not professional at all. Arrived a quarter of an hour early, with an appointment at 3.45 pm, at 4.15 pm they still haven't called me for the ultrasound. The front office creates the confusion itself and the same lead to delays.

Io sono anni che personalmente me ne servo e mi sono sempre trovato bene con questa struttura, niente da dire. Non metto in dubbio che qualcuno abbia avuto qualche intoppo... ma provate a servirvi della sanità pubblica... I have a personal opinion on reviews because people put them if they are negative and not when everything is fine. The famous keyboard lions. I've been using it personally for years and have always felt comfortable with this structure, nothing to say. I don't doubt that someone has had some setbacks ... but try to use public health ...

C	Claudia Barsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre si è recata presso la struttura per un tampone rapido.Fatto il prelievo le è stata rilasciata la fattura dicendole di ripassare nel pomeriggio.Mia madre ha fatto presente che non poteva ripassare perché veniva da altro comune,voleva il referto e green pass.Non le è stata data nessuna spiegazione e nella prenotazione,con pagamento anticipato, non è riportata alcuna loro "particolare" procedura quindi non c'è trasparenza nel servizio;devi solo pagare.Il giorno seguente ho chiamo la struttura e mi hanno detto che mia madre"non ha capito".Pessimo servizio che non ci si aspetta soprattutto da una struttura medica. My mother went to the facility for a quick swab. Once the sample was taken, she was issued an invoice telling her to come back in the afternoon. My mother pointed out that she could not come back because she was from another municipality, she wanted the report and green pass. She was not given any explanation and in the booking, with advance payment, there is no "particular" procedure of theirs so there is no transparency in the service; you just have to pay. The next day I called the structure and they told me that my mother "did not understand." Bad service that is not expected especially from a medical facility.
s	sherry saggese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata due volte, la prima per un rx al cranio la seconda per un'ecografia. Mi sono trovata molto bene, i tempi di attesa brevissimi. La seconda volta per un errore del computer non risultava la mia prenotazione ma mi hanno comunque fatto entrare in pochi secondi e la dottoressa che ho trovato è stata molto carina e disponibile dandomi anche molti consigli. Sono rimasta molto stupita dalla sua cordialità peccato non mi ricordi il nome :( Ci tornerò sicuramente I've been there twice, the first for a skull x-ray and the second for an ultrasound. I found myself very well, the waiting times very short. The second time for a computer error my reservation was not shown but they let me in in a few seconds and the doctor I found was very nice and helpful, also giving me a lot of advice. I was very surprised by his friendliness, too bad you can't remember the name :( I will definitely be back
m	maria cecilia stefanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina dovevo eseguire ecodoppler carotidi,mi sono recata in orario ho atteso moltissimo per l'accettazione e non c'era la fila,il personale (4operatori) sono scortesi e faticano a darti indicazioni infatti mi hanno inviato in una sala d'attesa sbagliata dove una operatrice dell'accettazione urlava al cellulare mentre prendeva il caffè. Il medico che poi ha eseguito ecodoppler era insofferente ha impiegato 10 minuti tra esame e referto.Mai successo altrove e poi comunque ho pagato. NON CI ANDRÒ MAI PIÙ DA DIMENTICARE. This morning I had to perform carotid Doppler ultrasound, I went on time I waited a long time for acceptance and there was no queue, the staff (4 operators) are rude and struggle to give you directions in fact they sent me to a wrong waiting room where an admission worker screamed into her cell phone as she took coffee. The doctor who then performed the Doppler ultrasound was intolerant and took 10 minutes between examination and report. Never happened elsewhere and then I paid anyway. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN TO FORGET.
