★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, a causa dell'assenza di un'infermiera, io - assieme ad altre 20-30 persone - ho dovuto aspettare due ore per essere visitato. Il personale non era preparato ad un evento del genere ( in un periodo delicato per i virus come questo, chiunque può ammalarsi senza preavviso ) e d il caos regnava tra accettazione, corridoi ed ambulatori. Mi chiedo come non sia previsto un sostituto da chiamare " al volo" per situazioni di emergenza come questa!
Today, due to the absence of a nurse, I - along with 20-30 other people - had to wait two hours to be examined. The staff were not prepared for such an event (in a sensitive time for viruses like this, anyone can get sick without warning) and chaos reigned between admissions, corridors and clinics. I wonder how there is no substitute to call "on the fly" for emergency situations like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero scriverlo più chiaramente che i risultati del loro test rapido (tampone antigenico) per Sars-cov-2 vengono spediti dopo 24 ore e non dopo 20 minuti! Per lo meno non chiamatelo rapido!
They should write it more clearly that the results of their rapid test (antigen swab) for Sars-cov-2 are shipped after 24 hours and not after 20 minutes! At least don't call it quick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna. Test "rapido" fatto ieri alle 16:20, ancora niente risultati, al costo di 45 euro. In teoria il tampone rapido offre risultati in 15/20 minuti. Andate altrove, di rapido in questa struttura c'è solo il pagamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promettono risultati in giornata quando i temoi di attesa sono superiori a quelli dell asl. Il problema é che questi ti prendono 50 euro a esame. Pessimo.
L'esame in questione è il test sierologico per il covid. Una cosa, in questo periodo storico direi anche molto importante. E allora bisogna che parli con i suoi centri affiliati, perché promettono risultati rapidi in meno di 24 ore, servizio che chiaramente non è poi garantito.. Intanto però i soldini li prendete, giustamente. In questo momento storico.
Comunque a prescindere, se la media di stelle è 2, forse qualche domandina me la farei.. Buon proseguimento di giornata
