Oggi mi sono ricreduto osservando la prifessionalita' di una Signora (Sabrina Dori) che fronteggiava, imoerturbabile e cortese, una schiera di clienti di difficile gestione. Ho personalmente apprezzato la capacita' di risolvere problemi evitando sterili contrapposuzioni. Complimenti!
 For customer years, we had noticed a decline in customer focus on the main building desktop. Today I changed my mind by observing the professionalism of a lady (Sabrina Dori) who faced, unperturbed and courteous, a host of difficult-to-manage customers. I personally appreciated the ability to solve problems avoiding sterile contrasts. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 15 mesi di emergenza COVID l’istituto di ricerche cliniche Fanfani ancora non ha trovato un modo adeguato di organizzarsi.
Alla prenotazione si raccomandano di arrivare 15 minuti prima dell’appuntamento per fare accettazione, io sono arrivato 35 minuti prima ed ho trovato una bolgia ed una fila di oltre un ora.
Devi aspettare, come si faceva negli anni 70, devi andare lì ed aspettare, quasi non importa la prenotazione, prendi un numerino e fai la fila, non importa cosa devi fare, nessuna differenza tra chi fa il tampone, un prelievo o una radiografia, sano o malato.
La gente si accalca, deve aspettare all’aperto, sotto il sole o la pioggia, o peggio ancora per strada tra le moto e le auto che cercano di passare.
Se siete costretti ad andare consiglio di armarvi di pazienza, acqua ed un copricapo.
Hanno organizzato un tendalino posticcio con 8 sedie, insufficienti al fabbisogno.
Disorganizzati
Tra l’altro ho letto le recensioni e vedo che questo problema ce l’hanno da tempo e non sono riusciti a risolverlo, la direzione ha anche risposto con un messaggio ridicolo, ma non hanno cambiato nulla.
In 15 months of the COVID emergency, the Fanfani Clinical Research Institute has not yet found an adequate way to organize itself.
When booking, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to check in. I arrived 35 minutes earlier and found a pit and a queue of over an hour.
You have to wait, as it was done in the 70s, you have to go there and wait, almost no matter the reservation, take a number and queue, no matter what you have to do, no difference between those who swab, take a sample or an X-ray, healthy or sick.
People flock to it, they have to wait outdoors, in the sun or rain, or worse still on the street between the motorbikes and cars that try to pass.
If you are forced to go, I recommend that you arm yourself with patience, water and a hat.
They organized a false awning with 8 chairs, insufficient to meet the needs.
Disorganized
Among other things, I have read the reviews and I see that they have had this problem for some time and have not been able to solve it, the management also responded with a ridiculous message, but they have not changed anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pleasantly surprised by there was NO line at all with our appointments at 12:30pm on a Thursday for our Covid tests. The service was good & we were out in a zippy. I heard the morning appointments tend to be busy. Was relieved that most of the staff speaks some English. Was told by our taxi driver that this is one of the nicest clinics in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was mandatory to get certificate of Covid-19’s test, when we boarding the fly back to my country (Japan)
Booking quick, no waiting stress and 24h later certification was 100 % perfect. Every staff is so kind and friendly with smile. Costs 65euro is reasonable to get certified document includes government format. Highly recommend to all tourists. It’s Florence.
