Personale scortese, ad eccezione del signore all’ingresso molto disponibile e comprensivo Medical examination of the work fixed at 9.00. It is 10.15 am and I am still in the waiting room. Il personale è scortese e non ti fornisce informazioni sul ritiro del referto, si limita a dire che eseguono solo i tamponi. Inadeguata l'operatrice che esegue il tampone. C'è assolutamente di meglio ed a prezzi ragionevoli. Bad laboratory. I ran the molecular swab at a higher than average price. The staff are rude and do not give you information about the withdrawal of the report, they just say that they only swab. The operator performing the swab was inadequate. There is absolutely better and reasonably priced.

Io non ho mai visto una situazione in cui i medici ti apostrofano davanti ad altri pazienti prima dell'ingresso in stanza. Non ho mai visto personale rispondere così al telefono... credetemi una roba che neanche nel pubblico è così. Per me: mai più. Bad experience (and it wasn't the first time). Rude staff and very unprofessional doctors. I have never seen a situation where doctors address you in front of other patients before entering the room. I have never seen staff answer the phone like this ... believe me a stuff that not even in the public is like that. For me: never again.

Avevo l'appuntamento fissato, passo dopo 45 minuti, dopo che la cordialissima ( si fa per dire) segretaria mi dice di attendere 1minuto e neanche mi informa che dovrò aspettare un po'. Spero legga oltretutto questa mia recensione,q ma penso che si ricordi di me, visto che per 45 minuti ho sentito tutti i loro bei discorsi, ho sentito menzionare il mio nome e cognome con risatina di sottofondo stile sfottò, una di loro pure razzista, insomma bei discorsi da fare quando ci sono clienti in sala di attesa. Lavoro a contatto con il pubblico da 8anni, so quanto possa essere stressante lavorare a contatto con la gente ma so anche capire certe situazioni, so capire se tocca essere frenetici perché lo studio è pieno ma c'ero soltanto io. Mi spiace fare una recensione del genere ma voglio ricordare che lo studio medico non è fatto solo di dottori e specialisti, ma anche del personale che ruota attorno... La dottoressa molto brava comunque e i referti a avuti nel giro di una settimana, è tutto il resto che pecca. What can I say ... Really bad experience ... During waiting i found the nurse works lazily and slowly. Even worse the result come out more than 24 hours. Result come much slower than other lab.
