G	Giacomo D'AMATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cambio dell'olio effettuato in data 10/04/20, contrariamente a quanto affermato dal responsabile clienti al momento del pagamento, risultava fra gli interventi elencati nell'attestato di service a me rilasciato, per cui ordinaria diligenza avrebbe voluto che l'intervento eseguito in aprile da altra autofficina fosse stato ravvisato prima di iniziare le ispezioni, in modo da contattarmi e chiedere conferma del fatto che corrispondesse effettivamente a mia volontà far effettuare un nuovo cambio olio in data 27/11/20. The oil change carried out on 10/04/20, contrary to what the customer manager stated at the time of payment, was among the interventions listed in the service certificate issued to me, so ordinary diligence would have liked the intervention carried out in April by another garage had been identified before starting the inspections, in order to contact me and ask for confirmation that it actually corresponded to my will to have a new oil change carried out on 27/11/20.

Personale gentile e disponibile, ma al ritiro dell’auto mi è stato presentato un conto di 386 euro (scontato a 370..) per cambio olio, filtro , pasticche freni anteriori liquido freni. L’incidenza maggiore è stata la manodopera calcolata in 2 h e 20 minuti circa al prezzo unitario di 56 Euro + iva ( solo il cambio olio 50 min!!). Pur rimanendo interdetta ho pagato il conto senza contestare. Riesaminando la fattura, i costi addebitati mi sono sembrati un ladrocinio considerato che si tratta di un tagliando ad una VW UP !!! Friendly and helpful staff, but when I picked up the car I was presented with a bill of 386 euros (discounted at 370 ..) for changing the oil, filter, front brake pads and brake fluid. The greatest incidence was the labor calculated in about 2 hours and 20 minutes at the unit price of 56 Euro + VAT (only the 50 min oil change !!). While remaining banned, I paid the bill without questioning. Re-examining the invoice, the costs charged seemed to me a thief considering that it is a coupon for a VW UP !!!

A chi si lamenta dei prezzi alti, vorrei ricordare che tutte le officine VW applicano le tariffe previste dalla casa madre, sinceramente penso che non possano neanche fare diversamente (per un discorso di politica dei prezzi e di concorrenza). Problema prontamente risolto ad un prezzo onestissimo!! Devi anche segnalare la cordialità estrema del signore e della signora che ho trovato all accettazione: sono arrivato a ritirare la macchina dopo 15 minuti che l' officina era chiusa....era venerdì e non volevo stare il weekend senza macchina....hanno riacceso i PC per farmi i documenti di uscita della macchina e la fattura e sono potuto tornare a casa. Grazie 1000!!!!! Di sicuro ci tornerò! A presto My trusted friend / mechanic (garage Milano) brought my Vw scirocco for a brake problem ... Problem solved promptly at a very honest price !! You must also point out the extreme cordiality of the gentleman and the lady I found at the reception: I arrived to collect the car after 15 minutes that the workshop was closed .... it was Friday and I did not want to be the weekend without a car .... they turned the PCs back on to get me the output documents of the machine and the invoice and I was able to go home. I am extremely satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism and competence with which I was welcomed in a very short time, for clarifications relating to the digital and other information system, for my new T Cross. Dato che pero' mi è toccato pagare un intervento di 850 Euro che dicono non fosse in garanzia - frizione usurata con macchina di appena 1 anno e 5000 chilometri circa ? - continuo a sostenere che secondo me è stato il cambio avendo anche trovato una recensione analoga alla mia. Inoltre avevo il segnale dell'olio mancante e nonostante mi abbiano detto non occorresse me lo hanno aggiunto tutt'ora appare il segnale dell'olio da controllare ... Con una spesa così mi meritavo almeno un lavaggio macchina .... Always available and fast, maximum courtesy.
