Il venditore si gira stizzito, e torna al lavoro borbottando, dopo aver il sottoscritto cortesemente declinato la transazione. Il titolare più volte, sia al telefono che in negozio, mi rispondeva infastidito e in modo arrogante. Alcuni pezzi originali trovati da altri venditori e non su internet avevano prezzi più bassi del 10% almeno in confronto al CR1. Da evitare non tanto per i prezzi ma per il servizio. I needed some spare parts for a 90's bike. I have been to the shop and it seemed to me that they did me a pleasure to serve me. The owner repeatedly, both on the phone and in the shop, answered me annoyed and arrogantly. Some original pieces found by other sellers and not on the internet were priced at least 10% lower than the CR1. To be avoided not so much for the prices but for the service.

He asked me to sent them a list with the parts by e-mail. I e-mailed the list twice. After the second mail I received confirmation that they received my list. They promised to answer in the following days. After a month I asked them if they already had a chance to look at my list. They replied that it was planned for the week after. After that no reply or answer anymore. After 3 months and after 4 months I sent some reminders and asked why I never received an answer with availability and prices. They never replied. I don’t recommend this parts shop. My advice: contact Gilpi.it. Fast communication and fast international shipping, and they also have a lot of 90’s parts available at fair prices.
