F	Franco Marianera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE voi lasciate l’auto nel loro garage, vi dicono che la spostano per mancanza di spazio in un altro garage, invece la parcheggiano in una strada di periferia senza alcuna vigilanza. Ho trovato la mia auto assieme ad altre alla fine di via Aretini praticamente fuori Firenze. Ho chiamato i Carabinieri e ho sporto denuncia per mancata custodia. ATTENTION you leave the car in their garage, they tell you that they move it to another garage due to lack of space, instead they park it in a suburban street without any supervision. I found my car along with others at the end of via Aretini practically outside Florence. I called the Carabinieri and filed a complaint for lack of custody.

Addirittura considerare la 500L un """ SUV """ per farci pagare ancora di più è stato il massimo della furbizia. Senza considerare che per riavere le auto abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora dopo che li abbiamo avvertiti dell'uscita ben due ore prima. Agreed 15 Euros per day with the owner of our B&B and then making us pay 18 for a Giulietta and 25 for a 500L was a rather unwelcome crafty. La mia automobile non era disponibile al momento del mio bisogno, abbiamo prenotato l auto il giorno prima.. arriviamo il giorno seguente e troviamo un altro auto, Ce l hanno scambiata.. Spero solo non abbiamo preso pure una multa nel tragitto dal deposito al garage.. E L ADDETTO NON SI È MINIMAMENTE SCUSATO PER TUTTO IL DISAGIO CHE CI HA CREATO.. Servizio pessimo e inaffidabilissimo, a mai più! Absolutely not recommended. My car was not available at the time of my need, we booked the car the day before .. we arrive the next day and find another car, they exchanged it .. I just hope we have not even taken a fine on the way from the depot to the garage .. THE EMPLOYEE HAS NOT MINIMALLY APPEALED FOR ALL THE DISCOMFORT THAT HAS CREATED US .. Bad service and unreliable, never again!

They drove 15km with our car during the 2 days it was there (they said it was 3 days). We had to wait half an hour just to get the car. Check the note they give you for the date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they scam you try to argue. The best way to avoid being scammed is not using them.

No issues dropping off or picking up and it was in a great location that was to navigate to. 30 Euros for 24 hours but we have a large van so that was assumed it would be higher. Worth the price to have a mind at ease.
