Per una gonfiatura 3€, nemmeno l'avesse gonfiata con la bocca, ma ci tengo a ripetere che la cosa che mi ha sconvolto di più è stata l'arroganza e la maleducazione. Chiunque legga questa recensione spero stia lontano da questo negozio e vada in uno dei tanti altri di Firenze. One of the worst bicycle shops in Florence, the prices are insane, the staff rude, grumpy, arrogant and boorish. For a € 3 swelling, he didn't even swell it with his mouth, but I want to repeat that the thing that upset me most was the arrogance and rudeness. Anyone reading this review will hopefully stay away from this shop and go to one of the many others in Florence.

Consigliatissimo. On several occasions I had the need to arrange two bikes (a particularly shabby one) and I was remarkably satisfied both by the quality of the work (done so swiftly) and by honesty (the most advantageous solution for the retailer was not suggested , but for the user). Highly recommended.

Ho particolarmente apprezzato che al lavoro é stata attribuita la precedenza da codice rosso, e ho constatato e ammirato la bravura di esecuzione. For me it is more than just selling bicycles.
