★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, mi dicono loro il giorno per ritirare la sella, il giorno prima li chiamo per la conferma.. tutto confermato per tarda mattinata. Presentato alle 11.00 mi dicono che per un contrattempo non c'è l'hanno fatta e di ripassare per le 15.00. alle 15 la sella non era pronta ... basta aspettare 15 minuti.
finalmente alle 16.00 riescono a consegnarmi la sella.. bastava dire di passare un' altro giorno invece di farla tanto lunga.
Hi, they tell me the day to pick up the saddle, the day before I call them for confirmation .. all confirmed for late morning. Presented at 11.00 they tell me that due to a mishap they didn't make it and to come back for 15.00. at 15 the saddle was not ready ... just wait 15 minutes.
finally at 16.00 they manage to give me the saddle .. it was enough to say to spend another day instead of making it so long.
