★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo cambiare la resistenza al mio forno elettrico e dopo qualche preventivo al telefono in cui mi chiedevano uno sproposito e mi davano tempi di attesa lunghissimi ho chiamato questo negozio. Il prezzo della sostituzione è stato molto onesto e mi hanno restituito il forno dopo 2 giorni. Onesto, efficiente e cordiale. Consigliatissimo!
I had to change the resistance to my electric oven and after a few quotes on the phone where they asked me for an inappropriateness and gave me long waiting times I called this shop. The replacement price was very honest and they returned the oven to me after 2 days. Honest, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema qualche settima a fa con un piano ad induzione di smalvic. Da subito la casa madre mi ha indirizzato al centro distribuzione ricambi ed Alessandro con il suo collega si sono dimostrati molto professionali non tanto perché il piano mi è stato completamente sostituito (!!!!!) Con uno nuovo ma perché si sono adoperati in modo tale che ciò avvenisse tenendomi costantemente aggiornato. Non so se sia possibile fare più di così. Davvero grazie infinite.
I had a problem a few weeks ago with a smalvic induction hob. Immediately the parent company directed me to the spare parts distribution center and Alessandro and his colleague proved to be very professional not so much because the top was completely replaced (!!!!!) with a new one but because they worked so hard. such that this happened keeping me constantly updated. I don't know if it's possible to do more than that. Really thank you so much.
