ho avuto due pessime esperienze con questo negozio; alla seconda ho deciso di scrivere una recensione.
in entrambi i casi avevo ordinato un pezzo sostitutivo; in entrambi i casi questo doveva arrivare in 7 giorni lavorativi, poi la fine del mese (15 giorni) infine "finchè non arriva è inutile che chiami".
alla mia richiesta se fosse previsto un tempo massimo o se potevo aspettare a oltranza la risposta è stata molto maleducata; quando gliel'ho fatto notare mi è stato risposto di "andarmi a fare vedere", quindi mi hanno staccato il telefono in faccia.
sono passata dal negozio per riavere i miei soldi ma mi hanno detto di ripassare 3 giorni dopo per vedere se l'ordine era stato annullato. il tutto sempre con una maleducazione che raramente ho trovato in altri negozi.
imbarazzantissimo servizio, se potete rivolgetevi in altri luoghi.

I have had two very bad experiences with this shop; at the second I decided to write a review.
in both cases I had ordered a replacement part; in both cases this had to arrive in 7 working days, then the end of the month (15 days) finally "until it arrives it's useless to call".
when I asked if there was a maximum time limit or if I could wait indefinitely, the answer was very rude; when I pointed this out to him I was told to "go show me", so they pulled the phone off my face.
I went to the shop to get my money back but they told me to come back 3 days later to see if the order was canceled. all always with a rudeness that I rarely found in other shops.
very embarrassing service, if you can go to other places.

I took an iron with defects for an overhaul. I picked it up noting that the defects had only gotten worse. Reported, the defects remained but on the other hand I was treated badly by a particularly rude employee. Help yourself elsewhere if you can!
