★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inefficienti ho aspettato per un appuntamento che mi hanno detto era stato annullato. Certo non da me. Rivolgetevi altrove fanno perdere tanto tempo.
 Totally inefficient I waited for an appointment which they told me had been canceled. Certainly not from me. Going elsewhere will waste a lot of time.

Repaired refrigerator. Excellent service and price. Also in the new store I found everything you need in a home, appliances, coffee machines, coffee pods and much more .. Highly recommended !!!!

Si è trattato di poca cosa, ma quello che mi preme sottolineare, è l'onestà dell'operatore.
Infatti il tecnico mi ha spiegato che nel caso avessi dovuto superare una certa cifra per la riparazione, non sarebbe convenuto riparare, ma nell'eventualità acquistare una nuova macchina.
Ottimo intervento ed ottima cifra spesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e competente. Mi hanno riparato la lavatrice sostituendo la serpentina che era di un modello particolare quindi sono dovuti tornare due volte dopo il primo intervento. La parte di ricambio e' un po' costosa ma sono felice di riavere la lavatrice in funzione. Un contatto da salvare in rubrica.
Courteous and competent staff. They repaired my washing machine by replacing the coil that was a particular model so they had to come back twice after the first surgery. The spare part is a bit expensive but I'm happy to get the washing machine back in operation. A contact to save in the phonebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto l'intervento della ditta per un guasto alla lavastoviglie...dovevo far vedere anche un elettrodomestico a vapore che non funzionava bene. Mi è stato detto lo faccia vedere al tecnico quando viene per la lavastoviglie. Conclusione: l'elettrodomestico a vapore non l'ha voluto neanche guardare e mi ha fatto una consulenza di 10 minuti alla lavastoviglie dicendo che il motore era rotto. Totale 55 euro!!!!! Lascio a voi giudicare!
I requested the intervention of the company for a dishwasher failure ... I also had to show a steam appliance that did not work well. I'm told let the technician see it when you come for the dishwasher. Bottom line: the steam appliance didn't even want to look at it and gave me a 10 minute consultation to the dishwasher saying that the motor was broken. Total 55 euros !!!!! I leave it to you to judge!
