Folletto pronto, spesa ? 149 euro ( ma pensa un po) sul folletto c’era attaccato un foglio, che ancora conservo “ fare lavori fino a 150, cambiare i pezzi senza superare i 150” morale, mi hanno cambiato anche la scocca, chi l’ha chiesto ??? Hanno messo in conto il messaggio che hanno inviato per avvisare che era pronto, più un sacco che avrebbero messo nuovo, quando in realtà avevo ancora il mio vecchio sacco, dentro. Per me possono chiudere!! Pessima esperienza, andate da un altro, sono approfittatori! E poco onesti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito aveva rotto il bimby ed ero disperata perchè temevo di doverlo ricomprare. Invece ho trovato questo punto di riparazione Bimby (e anche Folletto), ho telefonato e gliel'ho portato. Mi hanno chiamato poco dopo per comunicarmi quanto avrei speso per la riparazione e in pochi giorni ho risolto. Meno male! il negozio dentro fra l'altro è molto bello e ho scoperto degli accessori originali che neanche conoscevo! Super consigliato personale preparato e disponibile.
My husband had broken the thermomix and I was desperate because I was afraid of having to buy it back. Instead I found this Thermomix repair point (and Kobold too), phoned and brought it to him. They called me shortly after to let me know how much I would spend on the repair and in a few days I solved it. Thank god! the shop inside is very nice and I discovered some original accessories that I didn't even know! Super recommended trained and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata 2 volte ed entrambe mi sono trovata discretamente, non sono economici ma tutto sommato va considerato che anche il folletto stesso costa molto di più di altri oggetti.
I have been there 2 times and both I found myself quite well, they are not cheap but all in all it must be considered that even the goblin itself costs much more than other objects.
