Sicuramente il rivenditore e il centro Assistenza a cui mi ero rivolta in precedenza mi avevano presa in giro. E un po' demotivata sono arrivata qui, dove ho trovato Cortesia, competenza e gentilezza. Il problema è stato risolto e finalmente posso usare l' aspirapolvere. GRAZIE

Un addetto alla vendita di assoluta incompetenza non solo tecnica ma anche di customer care.
Oltre a vendere Ricambi probabilmente compatibili con poi non lo sono a cifre spropositate...
Far attendere settimane per un Ricambio originale quando era disponibile in un altro vostro punto vendita ma soprattutto cosa veramente deplorevole non saper emettere ne un buono spesa ne un rimborso. Inaccettabile entrare nel punto vendita alle 19,00 con le luci accese e vedersela spegnere davanti e sentirsi dire che la cassa era già chiusa e non poteva emettere ne il rimborso ne il bonus. Maleducazione e scorrettezza nei confronti del cliente all'interno del punto vendita. pensare che nel punto vendita di Scandicci si trovi competenze e professionaliita.

Fatevi dieci minuti di auto in più e andate a Scandicci....... Quando i commessi fanno la differenza...... Mi dispiace per il titolare che investe in risorse poco propense al pubblico.

Il negozio non ha ricevuto i pezzi di ricambio dall'azienda Rowenta e ha così provveduto alla sostituzione dell'apparecchio fornendomene uno nuovo. Il personale che si é occupato del mio problema è stato molto gentile, preparato e disponibile.
