★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto eseguire dei lavori sul Piaggio Liberty di mia figlia e gia' in fase di preventivo ho riscontrato una grande professionalita' e gentilezza nella spiegazione di cio' che doveva essere fatto e perche'.
Dopo qualche giorno mia figlia ha avuto delle difficolta' nell'accensione e, dopo aver chiamato, si sono precipitati per farla ripartire, cambiando la candela e senza farle pagare niente per l'intervento.
Complimenti davvero per la cura del cliente e la disponibilita'.....

I had some work done on my daughter's Piaggio Liberty and already in the estimate stage I found great professionalism and kindness in explaining what had to be done and why.
After a few days my daughter had some difficulties in lighting and, after calling, they rushed to start it again, changing the spark plug and without charging her anything for the intervention.
Congratulations indeed for customer care and availability .....

Sinceramente, MAI CASUALITÀ È STATA PIÙ FORTUNATA.
Davvero bravi, veloci e onesti.
Ho lasciato il mio scooter la mattina alle 9 e già dopo un'ora ho ricevuto un messaggio che mi spiegava quale fosse il problema e il costo
che, orientativamente, avrei dovuto sostenere.
Negli anni passati mi è capitato più volte di dover portare il mio vecchio scooter da svariati meccanici ma non sono mai stata pienamente soddisfatta.
Questa volta invece, devo dare un 10 con lode, per la risoluzione rapida del problema, per l'assistenza al cliente(anche psicologica !!!) e per la correttezza dei prezzi.
Assolutamente INSOSTITUIBILI!

I "happened" by chance to Venturi Moto for a problem with my scooter.
Honestly, CASUALITY HAS NEVER BEEN MORE LUCKY.
Really good, fast and honest.
I left my scooter in the morning at 9 and already after an hour I received a message explaining what the problem was and the cost
which, as a guideline, I should have supported.
In the past years it has happened to me several times that I have to take my old scooter to various mechanics but I have never been fully satisfied.
This time, however, I have to give a 10 with honors, for the quick resolution of the problem, for the customer assistance (even psychological !!!) and for the correctness of the prices.
Absolutely irreplaceable!

Raramente si trovano persone così attente alle esigenze dei Clienti. Lavoro sempre ben fatto a prezzi abbordabili. Mi sono trovata benissimo e li consiglio vivamente.
Small workshop for the sale and repair of motorcycles and bicycles. The two mechanics are super-kind, professional and very competent. Rarely are people so attentive to the needs of customers. Always work well done at affordable prices. I had a great time and highly recommend them.
