Chiedo una cosa e lui risponde con altro, richiedo l'informazione e lui mi offende! Ovviamente non so come lavorano ma basta l'accoglienza per evitarlo, d'altronde il buongiorno si vede dal mattino!!!!! Salve Signor Michelozzi, grazie per la risposta. Beh noto che altri clienti hanno lasciato delle recensioni simili alle mie quindi stento a credere a ciò che scrive Lei, inoltre mi parLa di buon senso, quindi per Lei io cliente entro vengo insultato e chiedo anche scusa? mah!! Per quanto mi riguarda non ho nulla da chiarire o meglio ho già risolto evitando il negozio e sconsigliandolo ad amici! Le auguro una buona gioranta ed un buon lavoro! Rudeness reigns supreme! Se cosi' non fosse stato avrei cercato altrove, visto che in zona mia vi sono altri concessionari Honda. Ma quando ti sopportano e ti supportano, quando sei indeciso e ti consigliano, quando comunque trovi i prezzi standard che troveresti altrove... perche' cambiare? Personalmente consiglio questa concessionaria. Se avro' motivo di lamentarmi in futuro ve lo faro' sapere, ma per ora e' come entrare a casa di amici. I have been using this dealership for years and have always found professionalism, courtesy and attention to the customer. If not, I would have looked elsewhere, since there are other Honda dealers in my area. But when they put up with you and support you, when you are undecided and they advise you, when you still find the standard prices you would find elsewhere ... why change? I personally recommend this dealership. If I have cause to complain in the future I'll let you know, but for now it's like walking into a friend's house.
G	Glauco Fontanesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firenze Motor è IL CONCESSIONARIO!!! conosciuti lo scorso anno, cercavo una moto "non disponibile" nel raggio di 300km da casa, li chiamo per tentare l'ultima, "SI, LA MOTO C'è", prendiamo i dovuti accordi, mando i soldi e la vado a ritirare. dopo poco tempo il veicolo presenta un problema, telefono, "Glauco non ti preoccopare"...... tempo zero e il pezzo di ricambio mi è stato spedito (sostituito in garanzia). Passa l'inverno e mia moglie decide di prendere la moto, cerco, non trovo in zona, chiamo Firenze, "Si, LA MOTO C'E".... Si parte, la si va a prendere, ore 15 a Firenze e dopo 90minuti arrivano targhe e libretto, moto pronta per la consegna, la si carica e si viene a casa. Stringendo: Quando un team di persone lavorano in modo PROFESSIONALE, quando lavorano a TEMPO DI RECORD e per la SODDISFAZIONE del cliente si fanno in 4444 per accontentare ogni capriccio, bhe, a parer mio, questo NON HA PREZZO!!! BRAVI, BRAVI, BRAVI e GRAZIE!!!!! Firenze Motor is THE DEALER !!! met last year, I was looking for a bike "not available" within 300km from home, I call them to try the last one, "YES, THE BIKE IS", we make the necessary arrangements, I send the money and I go to collect it . after a short time the vehicle has a problem, telephone, "Glauco don't worry" ...... time zero and the spare part has been sent to me (replaced under warranty). The winter passes and my wife decides to take the bike, I look for it, I can't find it in the area, I call Florence, "Yes, THE BIKE IS THERE" .... We leave, we go to get it, 3 pm in Florence and after 90 minutes the number plates and booklet arrive, the bike is ready for delivery, we load it and come home. Tightening: When a team of people work in a PROFESSIONAL way, when they work in RECORD TIME and for the SATISFACTION of the customer they go out of their way to satisfy every whim, well, in my opinion, this HAS NO PRICE !!! GOOD, GOOD, GOOD and THANK YOU !!!!!
A	Ali besseriani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato concessionari di moto ,e non ero mai tratto in questo modo maleducato e scorbutico, c'era questo tipo alto, mi sembra il manager del posto, che risponde usando parolace offendendo dopo che sono entrato e arrivato al fondo del negozio, mi fa tornare all'ingresso ,chiedendomi green pass, ma a questo punto ero scocciato ho preferito andarmene senza dimostrare nulla ! certo un posto importante merita gente più educata a lavorarci, per colpa di questo tipo io non ci ritorno mai più! Ps:vedo dai commenti che non ero l'unico ad essere trattato in questo modo I have visited motorcycle dealerships, and I was never treated in this rude and grumpy way, there was this tall guy, it seems to me the manager of the place, who responds using swear words offending after I have entered and arrived at the back of the shop, he makes me go back to the entrance, asking me for the green pass, but at this point I was annoyed I preferred to leave without proving anything! certainly an important place deserves people who are more educated to work there, because of this type I never go back there! Personale sempre attento e disponibile, sia nella fase iniziale, ma soprattutto dopo l'acquisto. Officina altamente specializzata, pronta per qualunque tipo di intervento, sia per le esigenze dei neofiti, ma soprattutto per quelle dei professionisti. Sono già al secondo acquisto e posso dire di aver avuto una ottima valutazione sul nuovo e una eccellente rivalutazione dell'usato. L'ho più volte consigliato a tutti i miei amici motociclisti o semplici appassionati delle due ruote, soprattutto quando mi chiedono del cambio DCT, ad ogni purista che storce il naso ho consigliato di provarlo, siamo su un altro pianeta, per me il futuro è quello, ma questa è una mia opinione personale, per ora mi godo il piacere di guida e niente pensieri. Consiglio a tutti di andare a visitarlo almeno una volta. Professionalism and competence that best represents the excellence of the Honda name. I am already on my second purchase and I can say that I have had an excellent evaluation on the new one and an excellent re-evaluation of the used one. I have repeatedly recommended it to all my motorcyclist friends or simple two-wheel enthusiasts, especially when they ask me about the DCT gearbox, to every purist who turns up their noses I advised to try it, we are on another planet, for me the future is that, but this is my personal opinion, for now I enjoy the pleasure of driving and no worries. I recommend everyone to go and visit it at least once.
