Ha rimesso in sesto la mia MTB che ne aveva proprio bisogno. Professionale , cordiale , puntuale nel lavoro. Consigliatissimo!! Lorenzo is the expert I have been looking for for some time, as well as mechanic / craftsman he is a true bicycle enthusiast and he knows a lot in his field (he will give you the advice that is right for you). Nach einem Kurzen Telefonat durfte ich mein Fahrrad gleich vorbei bringen. Lorenz konnte mein Fahrrad schnell und professionell Reparieren. Ich besitze selbst ein renommiertes Fahrradgeschäft in Zürich und war sehr zufrieden mit der Dienstleistung von Bike Smith. Lorenz spricht fliessend Englisch und kennt sich mit Fahrrädern sehr gut aus, auch mit E-Bikes. Bike Smith hat meine Ferien gerettet. Ich komme gerne wieder. I was in Florence on vacation two weeks ago and suddenly I had problems with my Shimano brakes. After a short phone call, I was allowed to bring my bike over right away. Lorenz was able to repair my bike quickly and professionally. I own a well-known bike shop in Zurich and was very satisfied with the service from Bike Smith. Lorenz speaks fluent English and is very familiar with bicycles, including e-bikes. Bike Smith saved my vacation. I will gladly come again.

He went out of his way to bring the pads to our hotel and replaced them for us which saved us an expensive taxi ride. His advice on routes and places to visit by bike were also excellent. I can definitely recommend him as someone who knows his stuff and doesn't charge silly prices

I have been using Lorenzo for nearly 10 years and it has made my cycling life so much easier being able to rely on him to fix my bikes promptly. Also being able to discuss a fix in English is very helpful if you don't know all the cycling terminology in Italian.
