★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo riscontrato un problema nella mia fat bike elettrica Vivobike, portata a dicembre ma un mese di riparazione, ci sta come assistenza ma con tempi lunghi.
 I had encountered a problem in my Vivobike electric fat bike, brought in December but a month of repair, it is there as assistance but with a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il mio giudizio è coerente con l'esperienza che ho vissuto personalmente.
Bici tenuta ferma per mesi per poi non risolvere assolutamente niente, oltretutto spendendo dei soldi!
Ormai rassegnato, ho lasciato perdere e sono venuto via senza discutere!
Suggerisco di stare lontano dalle cose di cui non si ha mestiere, ma so già che un presuntuoso non accetta mai consigli dagli altri.
Metto una stella perché sono obbligato!!!

Bike kept stationary for months and then solving absolutely nothing, plus spending money!
Now resigned, I gave up and walked away without arguing!
I suggest staying away from things you don't have a business with, but I already know that a conceited person never accepts advice from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace valutare male un'attività, ma se mi confermato che possono prendersi carico di un'eventuale intervento per un prodotto non più funzionante, come l'eventuale spedizione alla Casa madre, ed invece in negozio mi viene detto che non fanno alcun tipo di simile intervento e da anni non hanno più il contatto diretto con la Casa madre, mi sento davvero preso in giro!
Mi sono recato in un altro negozio e mi hanno spiegato cosa è possibile fare sul mio dispositivo.
I'm sorry to misjudge an activity, but if I confirm that they can take charge of any intervention for a product that is no longer functioning, such as any shipment to the parent company, and instead in the shop I am told that they do not do any kind of similar intervention and for years they have no longer had direct contact with the parent company, I feel really made fun of!
I went to another store and they explained what can be done on my device.

Avevo prenotato online il cambio batteria per due telefoni che sono stati presi in carico all'orario stabilito e sopratutto riconsegnati all'orario stabilito. Senza nessun problema o condizione tipo "si potrebbe rompere anche questo o quello nel cambio"; cosa che mi era stata espressamente esclusa prima di prenotare l'intervento e che invece altri centri di assistenza mi avevano detto di dover tenere in conto. Segno evidente che sanno quello che fanno a differenza di altri. Li consiglio sicuramente.
Quite a great experience! I found professionalism, punctuality and courtesy. I had booked the battery change online for two phones that were taken over at the set time and above all returned at the set time. Without any problem or condition such as "one could break even this or that in the exchange"; something that I was expressly excluded before booking the surgery and that other assistance centers had told me to take into account. A clear sign that they know what they are doing unlike others. I definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possiedo un depuratore per l'acqua da bere della Beghelli, mi servo oramai da diversi anni in questo laboratorio perchè mi hanno sempre fatto un ottimo trattamento. Sia per le riparazioni che per la manutenzione periodica. Sono decisamente economici e bravi.
I own a Beghelli drinking water purifier, I have been using this laboratory for several years now because they have always given me an excellent treatment. Both for repairs and for periodic maintenance. They are definitely cheap and good.
