★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati telefonicamente per un problema sky persistente da 10 giorni e mai seriamente preso in considerazione da Sky (sky mi ha rimbalzato da un numero all'altro e da un operato all'altro). Ho parlato con Sonia mio angelo custode che ha risolto il problema con estrema competenza.. Ringrazio per l'attezione avuta nei miei confronti, grazie per la gentilezza, grazie per la pazienza.. Sono estremamente seri e competenti li consiglio vivamente. Se avete un problema chiamate loro.. vi aiuteranno sicuramente.

 Contacted by phone for a persistent sky problem for 10 days and never seriously considered by Sky (sky bounced me from one number to another and from one operation to another). I talked to Sonia my guardian angel who solved the problem with extreme competence .. Thank you for your attention towards me, thanks for your kindness, thanks for your patience .. They are extremely serious and competent. I highly recommend them. If you have a problem call them .. they will surely help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo sostituire il telecomando di Sky, corro per arrivare prima dell’ora di chiusura, 19 e 30, ma alle 19 e 24 già la saracinesca sta scendendo. La signora mi comunica che chiudono alle 19 e 30, e quando le faccio notare che infatti manca ancora del tempo non si degna di rispondermi.
I have to replace the Sky remote control, I run to get there before closing time, 7:30 pm, but at 7:24 pm the shutter is already coming down. The lady informs me that they close at 7.30pm, and when I point out that there is still no time, she does not deign to answer me.

Celerità!mi limito altrimenti potrebbe sembrare recensione "non veritiera" A distanza di ca. 2 mesi,le strutture Sky interessate al mio problema(non beneficiavo più del servizio) ormai esausto degli innumerevoli,inutili, tentativi "da remoto",solo la costanza e pedissequa caparbietà e professionalità del team di Suonimmagine,ha fatto si che finalmente vedevo risolto il guasto! Solo per il loro costante quotidano interessamento,a suo tempo ormai esausto, non detti disdetta all'abbonamento!
Di questi tempi,ritengo doveroso rendere merito alla loro professionalità!

I limit myself otherwise it might seem "untruthful" review At a distance of approx. 2 months, the Sky structures interested in my problem (I no longer benefited from the service) now exhausted from the countless, useless, "remote" attempts, only the perseverance and slavish stubbornness and professionalism of the Suon Immagine team, meant that I finally saw solved the damage! Just for their constant daily interest, exhausted at the time, no cancellation of the subscription!
These days, I feel it is my duty to give credit to their professionalism!
