Non era così...visto che io mi rivolgo a questo CAF da un pò di tempo...era una persona molto gentile...forse lo stress a lavoro...e considerando che è il periodo del 730...sicuramente c'è un carico di lavoro maggiore...ma questo non giustifica che quando una persona le si rivolge per una pratica...lei risponda in modo scocciato! Io alla fine ho fatto direttamente io stessa sul sito dell'Inps in tre minuti!!! C'è modo e modo...e oltre a questo...sarà un mio diritto decidere di richiedere un bonus che mi spetta in tempi brevi e non che lo decide una impiegata del CAF affermando: "C'è un anno di tempo!"...e successivamente scocciata: "Non so se ce la faccio questa settimana!"...considerando tutti i problemi e le spese che si devono affrontare nella vita e considerata la confidenza che si era instaurata...bastava dire:"Sono sommersa di lavoro...ho delle pratiche urgenti...chiedo di pazientare qualche giorno e appena sarò libera potrò farlo." qualcosa del genere...senza quell'espressione scocciata (che secondo me non se n'è resa neanche conto...perché ha pure avuto da ridire!) avrebbe avuto tutta la mia comprensione! La cosa che più mi ha dato fastidio è l'espressione e il modo di fare completamente scocciato che ha avuto! Dovrò fare altre pratiche di maternità considerando che sono in gravidanza...pazienza mi rivolgerò da un'altra parte...ma non ci metto più piede lì!!!!!

It wasn't like that ... since I have been coming to this CAF for some time ... he was a very kind person ... maybe the stress at work ... and considering that it is the period of 730 ... definitely there is a greater workload ... but this does not justify that when a person turns to you for a practice ... you answer in an annoyed way! In the end I did it myself directly on the INPS website in three minutes !!! There is a way and a way ... and beyond that ... it will be my right to decide to request a bonus that is due to me in a short time and not that a CAF employee decides: "There is a year of time ! "... and then annoyed:" I don't know if I can make it this week! "... considering all the problems and expenses that have to be faced in life and considering the confidence that had been established ... it was enough to say: "I am overwhelmed with work ... I have some urgent paperwork ... I ask you to be patient for a few days and as soon as I am free I can do it." something like that ... without that annoyed expression (which in my opinion she didn't even realize ... because she also had to complain!) she would have had all my understanding! The thing that bothered me most is the expression and the completely annoyed way of doing it! I will have to do other maternity practices considering that I am pregnant ... patience I will go somewhere else ... but I do not set foot there again !!!!!
