Ho appena ritirato la Orbea Oiz e oltre alla grandissima soddisfazione di aver preso una super bike, quello che mi ha più colpito è tutto il processo di acquisto. Impeccabile!!! Tempi di consegna rispettati, l’attenzione al dettaglio, la messa in sella, regolazioni perfette e soprattutto tanta e tanta cortesia e professionalità. Complimenti alla Bike Garage, su Roma non ce ne sono come loro. I don't usually leave reviews but this time it's a must. I just picked up the Orbea Oiz and in addition to the great satisfaction of having taken a super bike, what struck me most is the whole purchasing process. Flawless !!! Delivery times respected, attention to detail, putting on the saddle, perfect adjustments and above all a lot of courtesy and professionalism. Congratulations to the Bike Garage, in Rome there are none like them.

Cambiate tutte e due le ruote, quelle vecchie andavano completamente riraggiate, e cambiati i cuscinetti, cambiati cuscinetti serie movimento centrale, cambiata la catena, spurgo freni e per ultimo che la forcella, che l'inserzione riportava come "revisionata" ultimamente perde olio,premetto io non faccio fuori pista, in settimana dovrò smontarla e inviarla ad un centro cannondale, dove se mi confermeranno il preventivo fatto al telefono dovrò pagare altre 250e. Visto il prezzo (800 euro) per una bici si in carbonio, ma sempre con un telaio del 2011, almeno dei controlli di routine avreste anche potuti farli delusione TOTALE I bought a Cannondale Flash in October, a disaster. Non mi hanno nemmeno contattato telefonicamente per chiedere o quanto meno informarmi su eventuali lavori da fare. Purtroppo lo sconsiglio , consiglio di sentire anche altri negozi che sono lì vicino. I went last week to repair the bikes, the initial quote was totally different from the very high final price.
