I broke a spoke on my last ride and needed some repairs. I probably would not have brought my road bike here based on the name of the shop and the specialization on e-bikes. Stefano was great from the first moment that I arrived at the bike shop with no appointment. He took my bike and told me that he would be able to get to it the next day. By the time I got home he had emailed me pictures and a description of the damage to my rim. My rim was cracked in 4 places and 6 more spokes were on the verge of breaking. Stefano ended up ordering me a new Shimano wheel and transferring the parts from the old wheel. He treated me like i was a long time customer from the beginning. This is the best first impression I have ever gotten from a bike shop. I would recommend Farnesina E-bike to any cyclist for any cycling need. Stefano is a true professional and could not have been more helpful! Best of all I was able to take my bike to Lake Garda this past weekend because of his great service! Grazie Mille!
