Ho acquistato un casco da mtb della Lazer ad un buon prezzo dopo esser stato consigliato e dopo aver provato differenti modelli, poi sono tornato per far registrare il cambio della mia bici che non funzionava bene, veloci e onesti (10β¬). L'officina non Γ¨ molto grande ed Γ¨ meglio prendere appuntamento per lavori complessi.
 Friendly, helpful and competent staff.
I bought a Lazer mtb helmet at a good price after being recommended and after trying different models, then I went back to register the change of my bike that was not working well, fast and honest (10 β¬). The workshop is not very large and it is better to make an appointment for complex jobs.

A beautiful bicycle shop in the Conca D oro district. A shop where you can have the service to repair your bike. Staff very prepared with great professionalism, helpful and kind. Wide choice of models including folding, mountain bike and electric bicycle. Also you can find a wide selection of quality accessories for cycling and clothing. Open every day except Sunday. Store to try, recommended.

β β β β β Purtroppo complessivamente non posso essere soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto da ZTL per la mia Vello. Tempi troppo lunghi di attesa, obbligo di riprendermi la bici da riparare e riportarla per la riparazione, il pagamento anticipato dell'intero lavoro circa un mese prima della sua realizzazione, lo sterzo rimontato con i cavi dei freni posizionati in maniera non corretta. Ho trovato una scarsa attenzione per il cliente.

β β β β β One of the very best bike stores in Rome (and I've been to a great many of them). Specializes in folders, particularly Bromptons, but does all sorts of bikes. Very helpful and knowledgable staff, fast and helpful service, wonderful interior stocked with accessories. It's clear the owner loves what he does.
It's quite out of the way compared to stores downtown: but note that it's only a few blocks from the Conca D'oro metro stop.

β β β β β A great experience; the guys at ZTL are both friendly and professional. I made a special diversion into Rome (the shop is really easy to get to from the main highway so dont be put off) to get some new Ortlieb panniers and I got these and a quick service of my bike. I would definitely recommend this place to any cyclist. Thank you!!
