Non è la solita boutique con marchi blasonati dove non puoi fermarti per risolvere un piccolo problema alla tua umile bike che ti guardano male e creano difficoltà, anzi è esattamente l'opposto: gentilezza, competenza e professionalità, a prezzi onesti! Perché questa scoperta? Avevo la necessità di fare una serie di lavori sulla mia e-bike che uso quotidianamente per andare in ufficio ridotta piuttosto male e mi sono rivolto a loro. Il risultato è stato eccezionale. Hanno sostituito la forcella anteriore, risolto i problemi ai freni cambiando pattini, guaine e cavi, hanno sostituito la guarnitura, il movimento centrale e il pacco pignoni con la catena, e per finire hanno centrato le ruote. Insomma si può dire che la mia bici è stata completamente smontata e riassemblata con pezzi nuovi. Grazie a loro è tornata nuova ??? Lavorano infatti con cura e passione e dedicano ad ogni cosa il giusto tempo e l’attenzione necessaria. Perciò vi consiglio vivamente Bierò sia come officina sia come punto vendita di biciclette, perché, pur essendo una piccola realtà di quartiere, ha dimostrato competenza e professionalità... non sempre così facili da trovare! They replaced the front fork, solved the brake problems by changing pads, sheaths and cables, replaced the crankset, the bottom bracket and the sprocket set with the chain, and finally they centered the wheels. In short, it can be said that my bike has been completely disassembled and reassembled with new parts. Thanks to them it is new again ??? In fact, they work with care and passion and dedicate the right time and attention to everything. Il propietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha dato dei buoni consigli sul kit da acquistare e ha montato i pezzi svolgendo un lavoro perfetto. In settimana devo portarti la bici di mia figlia che ieri ha forato e per cambiare la camera da aria ho fatto un casino col freno posteriore e mi è caduto un pezzetto dal balcone ?? A	Andrea Casa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una città come Roma sembra assurdo ma è complicato fare anche una semplice riparazione/ manutenzione su una bici (questo modello non l'ho venduto io, non conosco la marca, non abbiamo i pezzi di ricambio, torna tra 15 giorni....) figuriamoci nel panorama delle e-bike. Mi sono rivolto quasi per caso a questa officina ed ho trovato innanzitutto tanta cordialità, cosa non sempre scontata, tanta competenza e l'assistenza di cui avevo bisogno che invece altre officine, ben note nel panorama romano, non sono state in grado di fornire. Complimenti continuate così. In a city like Rome it seems absurd but it's complicated to do even a simple repair / maintenance on a bike (I didn't sell this model, I don't know the brand, we don't have spare parts, come back in 15 days ....) let alone in the e-bike landscape. I turned almost by chance to this workshop and first of all I found a lot of cordiality, which is not always obvious, so much competence and the assistance I needed that other workshops, well known in the Roman scene, were not able to provide. Le 2 belle vetrine che si vedono in foto non esistono: c'è solo una porta sgangherata con giornali attaccati ai vetri e all'interno un laboratorio di riparazione mal tenuto. Non effettuano vendita di ricambi nè il vero servizio di ciclofficina!! Per non parlare dell'entusiasmo pari a 0 dell'unica persona che ho trovato all'interno... The photos on google are absolutely deceptive. The 2 beautiful windows that you see in the photos do not exist: there is only a ramshackle door with newspapers attached to the glass and inside a poorly maintained repair workshop. They do not sell spare parts or the real bike workshop service !! Not to mention the 0 enthusiasm of the only person I found inside ...

Addirittura mi viene detto che probabilmente va cambiato, motore bafang 750w con soli 2500km.,ma! Morale della favola lascio la bici e 35euro per trovare il problema. Dopo una settimana mi faccio sentire per avere novità e mi viene detto che loro non conoscono l'origine di questo rumore, ma il motore sta perfetto e quindi è da escludere. Chiedo dei 35€(ovviamente senza ricevuta fiscale), purtroppo non ricevo risposta.
