★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffaldini, chiamato per il montaggio di una bicicletta al telefono mi dicono che l'intervento costa 35 euro, appena arrivo in officina diventano 50. Fidandomi ho lasciato perdere, ma alla riconsegna della bicicletta non avevano montato che una ruota e due pedali dicendo che un freno non funzionasse, ma non si sono sognati di fare l'intervento in garanzia, mi hanno fatto il favore di rubarmi solo 40 euro. Vergognatevi!
 Truffaldini, called to mount a bicycle on the phone, tells me that the intervention costs 35 euros, as soon as I arrive at the workshop they become 50. Alle 13.00 era pronta . Ho pagato volentieri 25 € per la rapidità del lavoro , la professionalità e la gentilezza ricevuta. Grazie
I took my electric bike at 10.00 to change the inner tube on the front wheel which is large in size (26 × 4 ") and do a small overhaul.
At 1pm it was ready. I gladly paid 25 € for the speed of the work, the professionalism and the kindness received. Thank you

Domani porto la mia mtb per cambio pasticche freno a disco meccanico, cambio ruota posteriore, registrazione cambio e settaggio forcella anteriore. Preferisco andare da loro anziché nelle frettolose catene di montaggio di Porta di Roma. Domani vedremo per un giudizio definitivo. Sono certo che non resterò deluso!
When I needed a puncture repair they were quick and efficient. Tomorrow I bring my mtb for mechanical disc brake pad change, rear wheel change, gear adjustment and front fork setting. I prefer to go to them rather than to the hasty assembly lines of Porta di Roma. Tomorrow we will see for a final judgment. I am sure I will not be disappointed!
