Persone competenti e disponibili in tutto, mettono il cliente sempre al primo posto. I migliori del settore!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 2 giugno chiamai questa società perché avevo necessità di noleggiare un generatore e avevo delle domande che non trovavano risposta sul sito. Mi risponde il "signor" Ottavio, io comincio a parlare, e vengo interrotta e ricoperta di insulti perché ho "chiamato in un giorno di festa" e "il sito è perfetto, sono io che non conosco l'Italiano"! Mando una mail lamentandomi (sperando che risponda qualcun altro) e, invece, mi risponde lo stesso fagiolo ricoprendomi nuovamente di insulti, vorrei allegare la foto.. ("se trattate così i clienti non avete bisogno di soldi" "abbiamo tutti i generatori noleggiati quindi mi permetto di trattare così chiunque!" TESTUALI PAROLE).
1) il tuo sito, almeno a suo tempo, era fatto coi piedi;
2) è incredibile che non fallisca l'azienda di una persona che giudica di poter trattar male chiunque senza che le abbia fatto un torto;
3) potevi non rispondere, figliolo.

I send an email complaining (hoping someone else will answer) and, instead, the same bean replies covering me again with insults, I would like to attach the photo .. ("if you treat customers like this you don't need money" "we have all the generators hired so let me treat anyone like that! "TEXT WORDS).
1) your site, at least in its time, was made with the feet;
2) it is incredible that the company of a person who judges that he can treat anyone badly without having wronged him does not go bankrupt;
3) you could not answer, son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!! Fate MOLTA ATTENZIONE !!
Ho ordinato degli iPad presso questi individui.. e il DOTTOR Ottavio Santoro, suppongo il degno titolare di questo posto, chiedeva di fare l'ordine via web e così ho fatto con esito positivo con tanto di formale ricevuta dell'ordine.
Naturalmente il DOTTORE chiedeva anche un anticipo del 50% (giusto per carità..) e quindi come da indicazioni provvedevo ad inviare il bonifico!!
Ebbene.. il DOTTORE, nonostante avessimo espletato tutte le sue indicazioni, compreso il bonifico anticipato, mi invia una banale email dicendomi che gli iPad non erano più disponibili!! Fino al giorno prima tutto OK, fino al ricevimento del bonifico tutto ok!!
La CRISI per gente così NON finirà MAI !!!!
Sono certo che il web (anche solo attraverso una recensione) aiuterà sempre di più a 'proteggerci' da tali situazioni!!
State alla larga.. fortunatamente è pieno di posti che noleggiano attrezzature!!

I ordered iPads from these individuals ... and DOCTOR Ottavio Santoro, I suppose the worthy owner of this place, asked to make the order via the web and so I did with a positive result with a formal receipt of the order.
Naturally the DOCTOR also asked for an advance of 50% (just for goodness sake ..) and therefore as indications I proceeded to send the transfer !!
Well .. the DOCTOR, despite having completed all his instructions, including the advance transfer, sends me a trivial email telling me that the iPads were no longer available !! Until the day before everything is OK, until receipt of the transfer, everything is ok !!
The CRISIS for people like this will NEVER end up !!!!
I am sure that the web (even if only through a review) will help more and more to 'protect us' from such situations !!
Stay away .. fortunately it is full of places that rent equipment !!
