Ore di attesa al telefono, 20 telefonate minimo per poi non parlare con nessuno. Tutti sempre occupati e ogni volta che squillava libero o che riuscivo - miracolosamente - a chiedere della persona con cui avevo già parlato, cadeva la linea. Ho cambiato CAF. The person with whom I spoke, Mrs. Annita, was good and competent. But it was impossible to contact the CAF afterwards. Hours of waiting on the phone, minimum 20 phone calls and then not talking to anyone. Everyone was always busy and every time he rang free or managed - miraculously - to ask about the person I had already spoken to, the line dropped. I changed CAF.

Ho preso, a fatica tramite email (dopo innumerevoli chiamate senza risposta), un appuntamento con Giovanni Mazzone e una volta lì non sono stata chiamata.. prendendo inutilmente un numeretto e aspettando per due ore e mezza. Vi consiglio di rivolgervi a centri più efficienti per risparmiarvi tempo e pazienza. Absolute disorganization. I made an appointment with Giovanni Mazzone via email (after countless unanswered calls) and once there I was not called .. taking a small number and waiting for two and a half hours. I recommend that you go to more efficient centers to save you time and patience.

Sconsigliato. Top rudeness, even if they are stressed or full of work an info especially to know if a pregnant woman is the case that you wait or not nn it seems to me there is a need to approach necessarily in a rude way.
