Dopo 15 giorni mi hanno portato in giro per la sostituzione di un rullo delle tapparelle: non mi hanno dato mai la certezza di una data e poi ai telefoni si sono resi irrintracciabili (solo segreteria telefonica). Vedo che qualcuno ha dato 5 stelle, saranno pure bravi, ma i rapporti con la clientela non li sanno gestire come pure l'organizzazione degli interventi. Se potete evitateli!!!! They are fools. After 15 days they took me around to replace a roller shutter: they never gave me the certainty of a date and then the phones became untraceable (only answering machine). I see that someone has given 5 stars, they will also be good, but they do not know how to manage relationships with customers as well as the organization of interventions. If you can avoid them !!!!

Sono stati di una disponibilità unica, sono venuti immediatamente ed in giornata mi hanno montato una nuova tapparella. Veramente cortesi e soprattutto capiscono quando un intervento è davvero urgente. Assolutamente consigliabile. I turned to them upon notification and I was really urgent because I could not access the balcony as the shutter fell. They were of a unique availability, they came immediately and during the day they mounted a new shutter for me. Really courteous and above all they understand when an intervention is really urgent. Absolutely recommended.

Il titolare è molto gentile e segue personalmente ogni fase preliminare dalla progettazione, alla scelta dei modelli e materiali, alle opzioni aggiuntive. Una volta completato il contratto di acquisto e attesi i tempi di ordinazione (qualche settimana) la realizzazione è poi veloce (1 giorno e mezzo di lavoro), con personale gentile e competente. L'appuntamento per l'operazione di realizzazione viene concordato con il titolare con grande flessibilità. La pergotenda è bella e perfettamente funzionante. Excellent service.
