In via Pietro Bembo, nel corso degli anni '80, durante la ricostruzione di palazzine per edilizia popolare, sono tornati alla luce dei resti di mura romane in opera laterizia, dalla funzione non ancora chiarita a causa della sovrapposizione di strutture realizzate nel corso del '900. Gli archeologi ipotizzano siano i resti di una villa rustica con annesse strutture termali.
Unexpected presence of Roman archaeological finds (1st century BC - 1st century AD).
In via Pietro Bembo, during the 80s, during the reconstruction of buildings for public housing, the remains of Roman walls in brickwork came back to light, with a function not yet clarified due to the overlapping of structures built during the ' 900. Archaeologists speculate that they are the remains of a rustic villa with attached spa facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico valore positivo di questo sito é che se ne sia voluta conservare memoria: quel poco che c'era, é stato re-interrato; il che é giusto; che significa anche che non c'é niente da vedere... se non una tabella didattica, peraltro molto utile e ben fatta; fino a quando non scomparirà anche quella; e allora ne resterà solo memoria negli archivi della Soprintendenza.
The only positive value of this site is that we wanted to keep memory of it: what little there was has been re-buried; which is right; which also means that there is nothing to see ... if not a didactic table, which is very useful and well done; until that too disappears; and then only memory will remain in the archives of the Superintendency.
