Ho chiesto informazioni sulla restituzione del vecchio decoder, l'operatrice ha verificato il mio contratto, confermandomi che era possibile in qualunque Sky Service: mi sono quindi recata ad uno Sky Service vicino casa, che invece mi ha negato tale possibilità. Il sabato successivo sono quindi tornata in questo Sky Service, e nonostante avessi trovato un'operatrice differente, anche lei gentilissima e professionale, mi ha ritirato il vecchio decoder, consegnandomi la ricevuta. Nonostante sia lontano da casa, se dovessi avere ulteriori necessità sarà il mio punto di riferimento per la professionalità dimostrata. Grazie e complimenti a tutto lo staff!!
I came across this Sky Service by chance one Saturday morning, far from my home. I asked for information on returning the old decoder, the operator checked my contract, confirming that it was possible in any Sky Service: I then went to a Sky Service near my home, which instead denied me this possibility. The following Saturday I then returned to this Sky Service, and despite having found a different operator, also very kind and professional, she collected the old decoder and handed me the receipt. Despite being far from home, if I have any further needs, he will be my point of reference for the professionalism demonstrated. Thanks and congratulations to all the staff !!
