Ti consiglia come se fossi suo fratello... É gentile, dinamico, mai fuori luogo... Se dovessi trovarmi in difficoltà, andrei sicuramente in questo negozio a farmi consigliare, anche se distante... Spero un giorno di essere preparata come lui, sia su telefonia che gestori aziendali...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su autorizzazione di Sky mi sono recato in questo Sky Center per cambiare un decoder rotto, sono stato accolto in maniera poco gentile da un personaggio robusto con barba che aveva poca voglia di assistermi...si è anche sbrigato a dirmi che quel tipo di servizio non veniva più effettuato da quel negozio dal 1 ottobre ( peccato che sul sito di Sky ancora risultava ..) e chiedendo a quel punto dove potermi recare mi è stato detto " sulla nomentana " c'è né un altro in modo molto vago, è bastato cmq recarmi a Via Morgagni dove invece un ragazzo gentile mi ha fatto la riparazione pulendo il disco senza sostituire nulla. Sarebbe bastato fare questo ...peccato per loro.
Pessimo punto vendita ...sconsiglio vivamente
With Sky's authorization I went to this Sky Center to change a broken decoder, I was greeted in an unkind manner by a stout bearded character who had little desire to assist me ... he even hurried to tell me that that kind of service it was no longer carried out by that shop from 1 October (it's a pity that it still appeared on the Sky website ..) and asking at that point where I can go I was told "sulla nomentana" there is no other very vague, it is anyway it was enough to go to Via Morgagni where instead a kind guy did the repair by cleaning the disc without replacing anything. It would have been enough to do this ... too bad for them.
Bad selling point ... I strongly advise against

Consentivano l'accesso a max 2 persone alla volta e mi hanno saputo risolvere il problema che avevo con il decoder in tempi record.
Il ragazzo che mi ha aiutato è stato gentilissimo a rispondere ad ogni mio quesito su decoder, tv e WiFi.
