Nello store sono presenti tutti i carrier telefonici del mercato da Tim a Vodafone passando per Tre e Wind. Il personale è assolutamente preparato per ogni tipo di esigenza e molto ben predisposto per ogni tipologia di richiesta da parte della clientela soprattutto nel post vendita. Una menzione speciale per Alessandro della Tre che da anni fornisce preziosi consigli e supporto sia commerciale che tecnico con deflagrante simpatia e professionalità For years I have been using this phone shop as an absolute point of reference in the east area of Rome. In the store there are all the telephone carriers of the market from Tim to Vodafone passing through Tre and Wind. The staff is absolutely prepared for every kind of need and very well prepared for every type of request by customers, especially in the after-sales service. Sono entrata dopo aver aspettato mezz'ora il mio turno hanno servito gli altri entrati dopo di me perché loro conoscenti chiamandoli per nome. dovevo prendere una sim piu piccola della mia intestata a mio padre perché lui a l'ospedale non poteva con tanto di suoi documenti non me l'hanno data... non ci andro mai piu anzi cambio anche operatore Indifference !!! I entered after waiting half an hour for my shift and the others who came after me were served because their acquaintances called them by name. I had to take a sim smaller than my letterhead to my father because he at the hospital could not with so much of his documents they did not give it to me ... I will never go there even more I change operator too

I servizi non sono stati attivati, ed il credito e' andato in negativo (dopo aver speso €45...). Sono stato in negozio per chiedere spiegazioni, e mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero risolto il problema entro 24 ore. Nessuno si e' degnato di richiamare, ed il giorno dopo, quando ho chiamato in negozio, mi e' stato detto che avrei dovuto caricare altri €5 per attivare i servizi. Tra parentesi, la ricarica da €5 non esiste e ne ho dovuti spendere altri €10. Totale della spesa €55 e circa una settimana per attivare una SIM... Terrible experience. I purchased a new TIM SIM with attached services, for a total of € 45. The services were not activated, and the credit went into negative (after spending € 45 ...). I was in the store to ask for explanations, and they assured me that they would solve the problem within 24 hours. No one deigned to call back, and the next day, when I called at the store, I was told that I would have to charge another € 5 to activate the services. Incidentally, the € 5 top-up does not exist and I had to spend another € 10. Total spending € 55 and about a week to activate a SIM ...
