Ad inizio marzo ho aderito alla promozione Fastweb mobile, con l'intento di attivarla a fine mese, visto che mi si era da pochi giorni rinnovata l'offerta col vecchio operatore. Quando ho proceduto con l'attivazione però, per un documento scaduto contenuto nella banca dati personali, mi hanno "bruciato" la sim, rendendola non più attivabile. Mi sono per un attimo smarrito, i tempi si erano molto ristretti per poter effettuare finalmente il passaggio prima del nuovo rinnovo, così mi sono rivolto al personale di Telemania, che con la massima tranquillità e disponibilità mi hanno aiutato nell'impresa, per tempi ristretti, del passaqggio. In men che non si dica mi sono ritrovato con l'attivazione della sim e la portabilità del numero effettuata in tempi record.
Grazie Angela e Francesco, siete davvero fantastici, sempre dalla parte della clientela, la vostra cordialità e professionalità sono al top

When I proceeded with the activation, however, for an expired document contained in the personal data bank, I have "burned" the sim, making it no longer activable. I got lost for a moment, time had been very short to finally be able to make the switch before the new renewal, so I turned to the Telemania staff, who helped me with the utmost tranquility and availability in the enterprise, for a short time , of the pass. In no time I found myself with the activation of the sim and the portability of the number carried out in record time.

È stato un piacere parlare con loro, ci ritornerò sicuramente per la telefonia. Bravi, così si lavora.
