★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ritrovato più che soddisfatto dal servizio che Tiziano mi ha offerto. Dovevo sostituire la batteria di un vecchio lenovo X1 Carbon e in tre giorni è riuscito ad ottenere il pezzo di ricambio e in poche ore me l'ha montato. Prezzo davvero trasparente

Ho dovuto effettuare una riparazione di un computer Dell; dopo una serie di consulenze in diversi punti vendita e di riparazione, i quali mi avevano fatto un preventivo di almeno 500 euro, ho fatto qualche ricerca su internet e ho trovato Computer Roma, uno dei pochi centri in Italia adibiti alla riparazione dei computer Dell. La spesa è stata meno della metà rispetto ai preventivi effettuati dagli altri negozi e ci tengo a sottolineare il fatto che il personale ha agito in primis nell' interesse del cliente poiché mi sono state proposte diverse opzioni, dalla più economica alla più costosa...difficile di questi tempi trovare persone così oneste, mi riferisco in particolare a Tiziano, persona squisita e professionale. Servizio a dir poco eccellente

Ero alla ricerca di un tecnico che potesse interpretare e soddisfare le mie esigenze. Tiziano ha soddisfatto appieno ed in tre giorni lavorativi le mie richieste. Ho trovato competenza, serietà, cortesia e disponibilità. Tutto difficile da trovare rivolgendosi ad un solo interlocutore. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi dovesse avere esigenze a 360° in ambito IT.
I turned to Computer Roma after reading the level of reviews published (which I absolutely confirm). I was looking for a technician who could interpret and meet my needs. Tiziano fully satisfied my requests in three working days. I found competence, seriousness, courtesy and availability. All difficult to find by addressing a single interlocutor. I absolutely recommend it to those who have 360 ° needs in the IT field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena portato a casa il computer dei miei sogni. Tutto merito di Tiziano che ha messo a disposizione mia e di mio figlio tutta la sua competenza e preparazione. I prezzi sono onesti, la comunicazione in tutte le fasi dell’acquisto è molto curata e familiare, i suoi consigli sullo schermo si sono rivelati oro colato.. ma soprattutto ho un computer assemblato con equilibrio dove ogni componente può lavorare al massimo delle potenzialità. Ci vorrebbe un Tiziano ogni volta che ci si trova di fronte ad un acquisto importante ?
