A	Andrea Pierantozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato per riconsegnare il decoder di Sky e tutto il resto del materiale, a parte la fila di persone che si trovavano nella mia stessa situazione, quando è toccato a me tutto è filato liscio, 5 minuti o poco più e la pratica è stata chiusa. Il personale con me è stato molto cortese, per la mia esperienza non posso che essere contento. I was there to return the Sky decoder and all the rest of the material, apart from the line of people who were in the same situation as me, when it was my turn everything went smoothly, 5 minutes or so and the practice was closed. The staff was very courteous to me, for my experience I can only be happy.

L'incaricata aveva il via libera di sky anche in video per sostituire il mio decoder senza controlli a causa di blocchi casuali , e nonostante le mie insistenze e una conferma telefonica di sky non ha voluto sentire ragioni . Sky center da cambiare senza se e senza ma. Totally bad experience for very unfriendly staff. Avevo un appuntamento preso direttamente dal servizio Sky, mi hanno detto che loro non potevano risolvere il problema e che avrei dovuto attendere la chiamata di Sky per effettuare una procedura (ma non mi hanno saputo spiegare che procedura...). I modi sono stati poco educati. Mi sono recato presso un altro centro Sky che ha risolto il problema con serietà e cortesia. Ho chiamato Sky per segnalare il problema e mi è stato detto che il loro comportamento è stato "fraudolento" perché avevano beneficiato ugualmente di un compenso (da Sky), per il solo fatto che avessero ricevuto la la mia pratica, peccato che non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla. Da evitare! Very negative, I strongly advise against: rude and listless. The manners were not polite. I went to another Sky center which solved the problem with seriousness and courtesy. I called Sky to report the problem and was told that their behavior was "fraudulent" because they had also benefited from compensation (from Sky), for the sole fact that they had received my file, too bad they didn't absolutely nothing. Avoid!
