Sono entrato per cambiare il tipo di fatturazione (data chiusura conto corrente collegato) e mi è stato semplicemente risposto "noi non possiamo farlo", senza nessuna informazione che potesse aiutarmi. Alla mia ulteriore richiesta si è stato semplicemente ribadito quanto precedentemente detto.

Dopo aver chiesto due volte e aver ricevuto risposte chiuse e serrate me ne sono andato, insoddisfatto
Incompetent (and even rude!) Staff. I went in to change the type of billing (date of closure of the connected current account) and I was simply told "we can't do it", without any information that could help me. At my further request, what was previously said was simply reiterated.
Customer care? 0
After asking twice and receiving closed and tight answers I left, dissatisfied

Per terminare le procedure necessarie per il cambio telefono e trasferimento dati (e non erano tenuti a farlo, ma mi hanno aiutato lo stesso) sono rimasta al negozio con loro per circa un paio d’ore. Tutti i clienti che entravano sono stati accolti con la stessa gentilezza!!! Di certo non è da tutti !!!
Mi hanno fidelizzato !!! Grazie ragazzi !!!
Smiling, friendly, very kind, very competent, they helped me and followed me on everything !!!
To complete the procedures necessary for changing the phone and data transfer (and they weren't required to do so, but they helped me anyway) I stayed at the shop with them for about a couple of hours. All customers who entered were greeted with the same kindness !!! Certainly not for everyone !!!
They have made me loyal !!! Thank you guys !!!
