★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho visto sulla locandina all'ingresso del negozio una buona offerta per passare a tre. per aderire mi è stato chiesto di pagare 35 euro, ottenendo la sim+30 eur di ricarica. dopo qualche giorno mi sono accorto che il credito presente sulla sim era pari a 21 euro.
sono andato a chiedere spiegazioni ed è risultato che mi è stato applicato un costo di adesione di 9 euro che non era presente in locandina e che il gestore del negozio per sua stessa ammissione si era dimenticato di indicarmi in sede di sottoscrizione del contratto.
conclusione: nonostante il negoziante abbia ammesso l'errore ha detto che adesso non poteva più farci niente rifiutando di restituire quanto indebitamente percepito (se nella locandina affissa in negozio è pubblicizzato un prezzo e poi viene in realtà applicato un prezzo più alto, beh questo si chiama reato)
I saw a good offer on the poster at the entrance of the shop to switch to three. to join I was asked to pay 35 euros, getting the sim + 30 eur of charging. after a few days I realized that the credit on the SIM was 21 euros.
