Competence and availability. I had an administrative problem on a data sim. When I went to the shop I was followed by Antonio who assisted me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, solving the problem instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nuovo personale è preparato e professionale hanno risolto tutti i miei problemi con TeleTu..ho stipulato un nuovo contratto con windtre...Antonio e Stefano sono il top...si sono preoccupati per le mie problematiche e hanno risolto tutte le mie questioni,cosa che le gestioni precedenti non erano state in grado di fare... addirittura risolvendo un vecchio contenzioso con Wind ..non dipeso da me.. veramente consigliato!
The new staff is trained and professional they solved all my problems with TeleTu..I entered into a new contract with windtre ... Antonio and Stefano are the top ... they worried about my problems and solved all my issues , which the previous managements had not been able to do ... even resolving an old dispute with Wind .. it was not up to me .. really recommended!

Sono stati molto rapidi e mi hanno consigliato al meglio. Ci tornerò sicuramente per qualsiasi altro problema che riguarda la telefonia :D grazie ragazzi, a presto!
I was in this center to activate a new sim and Stefano and Antonio were really kind, nice but above all competent. They were very quick and advised me the best. I will definitely be back for any other problem concerning telephony: D thanks guys, see you soon!
