Giravo da tre anni per parrucchieri senza risolvere un problema di taglio per cui, dopo un paio di settimane e passato l'effetto della messa in piega, mi ritrovavo da capo a dodici, senza linea. Giovanni ha letto il mio viso (non facile) e capito perfettamente il problema. Sa scalare e tagliare come pochi parrucchieri che ho incontrato, con una visione del taglio e della crescita, in prospettiva, rara. Tutto il gruppo è valido. Osservo spesso le altre clienti e sono rimasta colpita dalla capacità "strategica" del personale, che si organizza sulla base delle sue competenze, creando veramente una catena efficente e veloce per snellire una clientela pazzesca. Hanno prezzi straordinari ma non è solo questo che piace e che dà risposta dei clienti: Francesco ha trovato un colore perfetto e la proprietaria ti inquadra in un attimo. Molto bravi anche nella piega e nell'attenzione che danno al lavaggio, eseguito da maestri. Li consiglio avvisando che il week end bisogna chiamare prima, perchè si va senza appuntamento e il sabato ci sono i numeretti. Sono rimasta colpita perchè in due ore si smaltiscono anche trenta persone e questo è dovuto all'ottima organizzazione. Grazie per la professionalità e per avermi risolto un problema non da poco. I recommend them advising that the weekend you have to call first, because you go without an appointment and on Saturdays there are numbers.
