Tutte e tre le volte in cui ci sono stata il proprietario mi ha FUMATO in faccia violando sfacciatamente il divieto di cui lui dovrebbe essere garante e tutore nel suo esercizio. Ho chiesto una pompa per acquario, tornata a casa ho verificato che la dimensione del tubo di uscita non era adatta a quella del mio acquario e ci sono tornata per chiedere spiegazioni: mi ha detto di mettere un pezzo di tubo di pompa del giardino (!?!). Pur essendo del tutto antiestetico ci ho provato e un pezzo della pompa mi è rimasto in mano. E comunque ho verificato che la dimensione non sarebbe cmq entrata nel buchino dell'acquario. Allora sono tornata per chiedere un cambio prodotto, oppure un buono o un reso e si è rifiutato, non rispettando LA LEGGE SUL DIRITTO DI RECESSO del cliente!!! Mi ha detto di andarmene in un altro negozio se il modo in cui mi serviva non andava bene. Un gran pezzo di maleducato e per due motivi trasgressore di leggi!!! Che poi, al di là della legge, io ho sempre trovato commercianti disponibili e sorridenti che cercavano di accontentare i clienti. Bad, bad experience. When I got home I verified that the size of the outlet pipe was not suitable for my aquarium and I went back to ask for explanations: he told me to put a piece of garden pump tube (! ?!). Despite being completely unsightly I tried and a piece of the pump remained in my hand. And anyway I verified that the size would not be anyway entered into the small hole of the aquarium. So I came back to ask for a product change, or a voucher or a return and refused, not respecting the LAW ON THE RETURN OF THE CUSTOMER !!! He told me to go to another store if the way I needed it wasn't right. A great piece of rude and for two reasons violator of laws !!! What then, beyond the law, I have always found available and smiling traders who tried to please customers.
