E non è la prima volta Ho reclamato per la sostituzione di un collarino preso e scelto con lei e si è dimostrata indisponente arrogante e derideva la mia richiesta davanti altri clienti. Le ho fatto notare il suo comportamento squallido siccome tenevo la mano sulla maniglia per andare via si è anche permessa di dirmi ...guardi se ne vada che è meglio anche minacciata !!! Le ho risposto ma come si permette adesso chiamo un responsabile e vediamo !!! Il responsabile l’unica cosa che ha saputo dirmi è stato di ritornare al negozio lasciare il collarino che lo avrebbero inviato indietro all’azienda .Nulla da dire sul l’altra commessa gentile e disponibile Queste commesse rovinano la clientela. Letto altra recensione con situazione analoga. Due indizi fanno una prova. Ci sono modi e modi per evitare che qualcuno entri in chiusura. Dall' abbassare parzialmente la serranda al chiudere la porta e permettere solo l'uscita dei clienti all'interno. Ero al telefono con una persona che ha sentito quanto mi è stato detto e il modo, ed è rimasta altrettanto esterrefatta. Surreale. Cliente perso di sicuro. E' successo davanti a diverse persone all'interno e garantisco la pessima figura. Complimenti. 23 September at 19:29. Literally hunted by the lady at the checkout. Richiamo giorno dopo mi dicono che è in arrivo e che mi richiamano... dopo 5 ore richiamo io e mi dicono che non arriva piu. Forse sta per chiudere? Chi doveva occuparsi del negozio l ha portato al fallimento e nn ve la prendete se vi chiudono il negozio all orario preciso dal momento che è irregolare anche con le dipendenti. Pessimo in tutto.
