La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata però la professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità del personale medico, sempre pronto a mettere a proprio agio il paziente, spiegando passo passo cosa sta succedendo durante l'esame medico. Great experience. Clean and well cared for, they are very organized and the wait for the visit and for the reports is short. However, the thing that struck me most was the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of the medical staff, always ready to put the patient at ease, explaining step by step what is happening during the medical examination. Highly recommended !! Well done

La struttura si presenta pulita ed accogliente, ma asettica nei modi di fare oltre che negli ambienti.
Personale medico cortese, referti pronti in breve tempo.
Potrebbe fare meglio se trattassero le persone come tali e non come bancomat.
Many nice words during the booking phase, little substance in the facts on the acceptance side.
The structure is clean and welcoming, but aseptic in the ways of doing as well as in the environments.
Friendly medical staff, reports ready in a short time.
It could do better if they treated people as such and not as ATMs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il medico radiologo è stato molto professionale,il primo ad accorgersi di una neoplasia ossea, data da metastasi, mentre venivo curata da circa due mesi per lombosciatalgia...da non crederci.
Grazie a loro ho potuto intraprendere delle cure appropriate e soprattutto migliorare i sintomi dolorosi che mi attanagliavano.
Non finirò mai di ringraziarli.
The radiologist was very professional, the first to notice a bone neoplasm, given by metastases, while I was being treated for about two months for lumbosciatalgia ... unbelievable.
Thanks to them I was able to undertake appropriate treatments and above all to improve the painful symptoms that gripped me.
I will never stop thanking them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità da chi per mestiere deve essere professionale: un dottore con la mascherina completamente abbassata mentre parlava con un paziente a pochissima distanza in sala d'attesa con tante persone (in uno spazio piccolo senza controlli di numero di persone che entrano), nessuna segnalazione di distanza fra le sedie, altro dottore faceva alcune domande al paziente in segreteria davanti a tutti -privacy zero e infine l'esame fatto con nessuna spiegazione né durante né post esame reccandomi dopo in segreteria per il referto pronto pensando di ottenere almeno una breve interpretazione dal dottore dopo averli presi invece nulla! il dottore se n'è andato e non ha avuto nessun interesse né voglia di dirmi nulla di ciò che ha scritto,mai visto. Mi recherò altrove dove trovo la professionalità, l'interesse e la cura verso il paziente dal medico di competenza.
Lack of professionalism by those who by trade must be professional: a doctor with the mask completely lowered while talking to a patient at a very short distance in the waiting room with many people (in a small space without checks on the number of people entering), no signaling away between the chairs, another doctor asked the patient a few questions in the secretariat in front of everyone - privacy zero and finally the exam done with no explanation neither during nor after the exam, going to the secretariat afterwards for the report ready thinking of getting at least a brief interpretation to the doctor after taking them instead nothing! the doctor has gone away and had no interest or desire to tell me anything about what he wrote, never seen. I will go elsewhere where I find the professionalism, interest and care towards the patient from the competent doctor.
