Alla mia richiesta di parlare col responsabile la signora mi ha detto che era lei la responsabile, al che le ho chiesto le generalità e si è rifiutata di darmele. Non riesco neanche a parlare col titolare. Aggiungo che alla prima chiamata la signora mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia, se questo è un servizio giudicate voi. State alla larga! Bad.
