★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio se si rompe il termosifone il sabato e la domenica puoi pure morire di freddo...è quello che è capitato a noi perché abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere un guasto il 29 dicembre e siamo rimasti 29 e 30 al gelo….oggi 31 dicembre hanno in teoria riparato il guasto ...termosifoni caldi fino alle 16 adesso nuovamente nel gelo e nessuno risponde…..domani sono chiusi …quindi si rimarrà nel gelo per altri due giorni.....questo si chiama servizio......io lo definirei disservizio… auguro anche a loro di rimanere 4 giorni a morire di freddo senza nessun che intervenga. Dovete vergognarvi.
