L'ultimo bollino effettuato ha casualmente evidenziato problemi di accensione con fiammate da saturazione in camera di combustione. Richiamato il tecnico a controllare, riferisce che c'è da sostituire lo scambiatore, che a mio giudizio di profano non c'entrava nulla con il problema. Hanno ipotizzato la possibilità di sostituzione della caldaia data l'età e la scarsa convenienza di spendere 250 euro per la riparazione. Ho contattato l'idraulico dei miei genitori che come prevedevo ha trovato il piezo di accensione difettoso e in mezz'ora ha sostituito il pezzo e ripulito tutto l'interno che non era mai stato fatto dai tecnici biclim. Prezzo totale 65 euro. Il tecnico biclim 50 euro solo per dire che dovevo sostituire lo scambiatore e che mi sarebbero stati scalati dai 250 dello stesso.

Once the technician has been called back to check, he reports that the exchanger must be replaced, which in my opinion as a layman had nothing to do with the problem. They hypothesized the possibility of replacing the boiler given the age and the poor convenience of spending 250 euros for the repair. I contacted my parents' plumber who, as I expected, found the ignition piezo defective and in half an hour replaced the piece and cleaned the whole interior that had never been done by the biclim technicians. Total price 65 euros. The technician biclim 50 euros just to say that I had to replace the exchanger and that I would have been scaled by 250 of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengono per "riparare" una caldaia che non sanno aggiustare, apparentemente, dato che il problema sussiste e l'unico consiglio è stato di cambiare caldaia. Dopodiché, nel tentativo di ricontattarli per cercare di comunicare la cosa e provare a intervenire, il tecnico sparisce nel nulla senza rispondere né alle telefonate, né ai messaggi, delegando il tutto alla segretaria come se fosse lei ad occuparsene. É un mese e mezzo che siamo ancora così, cercheremo qualcun'altro e sconsigliamo vivamente di fare riferimento a questo centro.

We are still like this for a month and a half, we will look for someone else and we strongly advise against referring to this center.
