Mi hanno fatto il preventivo al telefono, per scrupolo invece di firmare e accettare on-line ho preferito passare in sede.
In sede il responsabile mi ha detto che non potevo usufruire dell' ecobonus e che l operatrice si era sbagliata.
Purtroppo non abito a Fiumicino e purtroppo avevo accuratamente spiegato all operatrice il mio problema. L operatrice infatti prima di inviarmi il preventivo ha chiesto se fosse fattibile a un altra persona spiegandomi che però dovevo allegare altri documenti.
Secondo me cercate di essere più chiari tra di voi e non fate perdere tempo alle persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente da piu di 4 anni, ho acquistato 2 condizionatori daikin A+++, mi consigliarono di investire poco di piu ma adesso con il caro elettricita ne ho guadagnato veramente tanto, gentilissimi cordiali, ti accompagnano nella scelta ideale in ogni situazione. Adesso ho acquistato da loro una caldaia top di gamma a condensazione con dispositivo wifi che combinato alle valvole termostatiche di ultima generazione arriva ad essere in classe A+, prezzo molto competitivo in più di altre aziende allo stesso prezzo pratica anche pulizia impianto, la mia "Tutor" Sabina mi ha seguito in ogni passo dalla documentazione per lo sconto in fattura,sopralluogo, la pratica enea, anche standomi dietro nella problematica del poco tempo a mia disposizione per via del mio lavoro, in tutto praticamente , controllando in modo minuzioso e attento che non mancasse nulla, in piu avendo in questo periodo molta richiesta si é impegnata su ogni fronte per riuscire a fornirmi in tempi brevi quella specifica caldaia da me richiesta, posso dire solamente siete ( Sabina) dei veri professionisti......
