I don't understand why you write that you close at 7.30pm when it is closed. I asked for a work permit because I had to make a purchase and found it closed. Congratulations!! Then we complain about Italy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, dopo due visite domenicali (l'ultima 20/01)presso il vostro punto vendita di Fiumicino ho deciso di non recarmi più nei vostri punti vendita, data la scarsa professionalità e l'estrema maleducazione del venditore o titolare. In entrambe le visite chiedevo informazioni o la possibilità di prendere appuntamento per l'acquisto dapprima di mattonelle da bagno(che poi ho acquistato altrove vista la totale indifferenza) e poi una doccia e vasca Novellini (anche qui mi sono recato in altro punto vendita); in entrambi i casi il venditore mi ha liquidato senza nemmeno pormi una domanda e, cosa ancora più grave, borbottando fino alla mia uscita dal negozio. Aggiungo che non ho nemmeno potuto prendere un appuntamento (cosa che richiedevo).
Sconsigliato per la mamcata professionalità di tale soggetto,peccato vista la vasta gamma di prodotti validi.
Good evening, after two Sunday visits (the last 20/01) at your store in Fiumicino, I decided not to go to your stores anymore, given the lack of professionalism and extreme rudeness of the seller or owner. In both visits I asked for information or the possibility of making an appointment for the first purchase of bathroom tiles (which I then bought elsewhere given the total indifference) and then a Novellini shower and bathtub (here too I went to another store) ; in both cases the vendor dismissed me without even asking me a question and, worse still, mumbling until I left the shop. I add that I have not even been able to make an appointment (which I requested).
Not recommended for the professionalism of this subject, a pity given the wide range of valid products.

Se potessi metterei zero stelle . Il titolare incapace di prendere le misure esatte . Pessimo venditore e post assistenza pari a zero . Mi sono arrivate il doppio di mq di pavimento per lo più scheggiato . Non risponde neanche ai messaggi
Richiesto rimborso . TUTTO TACE !!!

Sono stata poi contattata direttamente dal direttore Marketing .. finalmente ho risolto il problema . Rimborsati i materiali scheggiati .
Mi hanno inviato i rivestimenti nel tempo stabilito . Consegna perfetta.
Rimango della mia opinione sul rivenditore di Fiumicino .
Metto però 3 stelle per il post assistenza .

If I could I would put zero stars. The holder unable to take exact measurements. Bad seller and zero after service. I got double the square meters of floor mostly chipped. He doesn't even respond to messages
Refund required. EVERYTHING'S QUIET !!!

I was then contacted directly by the Marketing Director .. I finally solved the problem. Refund for chipped materials.
They sent me the coatings on time. Perfect delivery.
I remain of my opinion on the Fiumicino dealer.
However, I put 3 stars for the post assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancate informazioni durante la vendita che si sono dimostrate a sfavore del cliente. Ti vendono prodotti per la doccia che non sono resistenti all'anticalcare e non ti dicono nemmeno di avere certe accortezze nel pulirli. Prodotto ancora in garanzia, scolorito per l'anticalcare ( azienda Novellini, vetro doccia con materiali di scarsa qualità ) e prima di arrivare a un compromesso ci sono voluti 2 mesi di mail e sollecitazioni. Per arrivare poi a un 20% di sconto su un vetro doccia da comprare ex novo perché anche se l'altro era in garanzia secondo loro dovevamo essere noi ad usare prodotti più delicati ( ho utilizzato del semplice viacal). Peccato che nessuno al momento della vendita ci abbia avvisato del fatto che qualsiasi anticalcare non sarebbe andato bene.
Lack of information during the sale that proved to be against the customer. They sell you shower products that are not resistant to limescale and do not even tell you to have certain precautions in cleaning them. Product still under warranty, discolored due to limescale (Novellini company, shower glass with poor quality materials) and before reaching a compromise it took 2 months of emails and solicitations. To then get a 20% discount on a shower glass to buy from scratch because even if the other was under warranty, according to them, we had to be the ones to use more delicate products (I used simple viacal). Too bad that no one at the time of sale warned us that any descaler would not work.
