★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un tubo della doccia presso questa ferramenta, dopo 10 giorni riporto il tubo con relativo scontrino (garanzia di 2 anni), poiché lo stesso si è completamento aperto e crepato del tutto. Riferisco quanto accaduto, ed il proprietario mi comunica che per adesso non può cambiarlo in quanto deve rimandarlo all'azienda alla quale si rifornisce, e mi invita a ripassare tra un decina di giorni. Dopo 2 settimane, ritorno alla ferramenta, e mi sento dire che non possono cambiarlo in quanto non è stata riconosciuta la regolare garanzia.
RISULTATO: costo del tubo euro 8,50 (non era per i soldi ma si trattava di chiara correttezza) logicamente non ci andrò mai più.
PESSIMO SERVIZIO.
I bought a shower hose at this hardware store, after 10 days I carry the hose with its receipt (2-year warranty), since it has been completely opened and cracked completely. I report what happened, and the owner tells me that for now he can't change it because he has to send it back to the company to which he supplies himself, and invites me to come back in about ten days. After 2 weeks, I go back to the hardware store, and I hear that they can't change it because the regular warranty has not been recognized.
RESULT: cost of the tube € 8.50 (it wasn't for the money but it was clear correctness) logically I will never go there again.
