★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike friendly hotel. We had the opportunity to deliver quality carbon road bike rental provided by my own company (velocerental.com) to their guests. The hotel crew was very welcoming and the hotel provided during the stay a safe storage room for the quality bikes. Very suggested if you are looking for a stay in Rome/Ostia region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel clean & air conditioned we had a junior suite which was very relaxing & roomy the internet worked! Breakfast is typically continental coffee & cake. In fact the coffee was excellent despite the fact it was a push button machine, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, be prepared to use public transportation or car hire as no footpaths along main road to local village of ostia & it’s fantastic archeological attraction , which you will need a full day or more to see & enjoy it. Do check the times for shuttle to airport as it is not on standby . Early morning & early evenings. We also dined in the hotel restaurant and the restaurant next door a separate local establishment , in both cases the food was fresh hot & tasty. and again staff were very obliging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of lobby was beautiful, very artsy and modern. The outside pool area very nice, at night had a lighted gazebo that was breath taking. The rooms were average. The service was horrible, except for gentleman who checked us in. After that they were so rude. Thank goodness we wetter there for only one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need a car to stay here. Really good value for the price. Not luxury but clean and comfortable enough for the great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had trouble finding our B&B that we booked, the owners had gone home and we could not get in, we saw this hotel very late at night and thank goodness they had a room, we will stay here again in the future. The ruins are a not to be missed place to see, not crowded, a good place to spend a few hours wandering and dreaming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean room. Personable helpful staff. Enjoyable breakfast with many choices. WiFi not very good. Close to airport with shuttle for fifteen euro each way.
Shuttle pick up from airport not that clear, yes, there is shuttle bus wait area but bus was over the road, did not drive by spot ask driver if going to hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. We booked a room here because we wanted to enjoy a relaxing time in the beautiful village of Ostia. We were told that, even as guests of the hotel, we needed to pay 25 euros per hour just to use the hot tub which they advertise as a facility of their hotel. If I wanted to go with my partner, that would be 50 euros for both of us for one hour they said. Do not waste your time here. The staff did not seem to find their own policy absurd and even to find pleasure in providing ridiculous answers. There are plenty of luxury hotels for a similar nightly price around Rome that will include either the use of the hot tub, or at least dedicated and free time for guests. No reason to waste your time here with impolite staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good and clean. Some receptionists and cleaning staff were very nice, others were not. The Asian guy at the reception was great. We tried to walk to the village from the hotel - it was impossible. There is no footpath, the road is very narrow and the Italians drive fast and carelessly. They don't slow down around pedestrians at all. The bus stop is close but most guests of the hotel seemed to have cars.
The rooms are small but a balcony helps. Be careful not to lock yourself at the balcony. It happened to us :/
