Laughable for the price. Complimentary aperitivo was miserable and the aperitivo building was both very cold and, for some reason, full of cats.

Most of the facilities were not working, and there was no one person going around to check or control. Lack of information. The food was not good. This place doesn’t deserve even three stars!! Absolutely not worth it.
p	pim volkers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a joke. this is not a five start hotel at all. it looks nice. rooms are fine but the majority of the rest is poor. the only person that saved it a bit was the restaurant manager. my wife stayed here whilst I had to pop over to NL for a two days for work. the coffee you get in carton cups. there is no hotel bar. the shuttle service doesn’t exist and i got scammed by a local taxi at the airport instead. the food is mediocre at lunch. it’s similar to our road side restaurants’ buffet in NL. dinner was good I was told. the spa was ok if you like spending a few hours with kissing 17 year olds in a jacuzzi. I would not recommend going here.
A	Alice's - Divora Destinations on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Wonderful spa with various dips and pools and saunas. You can choose a 5 hour pass or more. It is also a stunning luxury hotel. Located between Rome and Rome’s Fiumicino airport (closest to the airport than the city). It has bar, restaurant and cafe. Absolutely relaxing and clean and wonderful.

Unfortunately 2 Saunas were closed for maintenance and the „heated“ outdoor swimming pool was cold as ice (no heating at all). It would be nice to have known that before booking… Due to COVID, they are limiting the max. Amount of people but it is still waaaay to crowded and super loud. Social Distancing? Not possible. Silence and relaxation? Limited. The Pools were so full of people that we couldn’t use them at all! I would visit again, but only with less people and if all the saunas were operational.
E	Emily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa is definitely great. Lots of pools and it's super pretty, roses everywhere and on a nice day you can get much better. But everyone else has the same idea so it's quite busy and had to queue a bit to get it. I just stopped in on the way to the airport to get some last minute sun and pool, so definitely worth the money. But don't expect the serene quiet spa vibe
